SILTEMP84 CH AND SILTRMP 188 CH

SILTEMP is the most widely recognized name in the High Temperature Textile Market, and for over 20 years has been the preferred choice in the protection of equipment and personnel in high temperature applications. Siltemp84 CH and Siltemp188 CH is silica fabrics that withstand extreme temperatures and protect personnel and equipment in “Hot work” application. Siltemp 84CH and Siltemp 188 CH can be used or configured as welding drop cloths, Stress relief blankets, protective screens/ covers, insulation mats and cable tray wraps. Siltemp fabrics are used extensively in the Power Generation, Refinery, Construction, Shipbuilding and Metal Processing Industries.

  • Roll length is 50 yards, and roll width is 36 inches. Other roll lengths are available.
  • Siltemp fabrics can meet Military Specs MIL-C-24576A and MIL-I-2424C upon request.
  • A light hydrocarbon coating is applied for improved handling at low temperatures.
  • Siltemp fabrics are amorphous silica textiles and contain no asbestos or ceramic fibers.
